Phase 1: 
Getting to Know You & Your Situation

To kick off our engagement, we conduct a comprehensive assessment of your organization, utilizing four key tools: the Escale Organizational Growth Assessment, a SWOT analysis, Working Genius Profiles for each team member, and confidential staff interviews. This in-depth analysis, along with a review of financial reports and supporting documentation, provides a clear understanding of your current operational landscape. We then collaborate with your leadership to identify key areas of focus and establish a timeline for achieving your organizational objectives.

Phase 2: 
Clarifying the Destination & Setting the Course

In a 1-2 day leadership retreat, we facilitate the creation of your concise one-page annual plan, including core values, purpose, BHAG, 3-year focuses, and key metrics. We also develop an organizational proforma for financial scenario planning. Three quarterly meetings review progress and plan ahead. Optional monthly team meetings build planning and execution discipline through training on leadership, processes, and tools.

Phase 3: 
Cohesive Leadership Team - Right People, Right Roles

We implement a "leadership and accountability" process, ensuring alignment on organizational objectives. Monthly one-on-one coaching sessions (30-60 minutes, in-person or via Google Meet) support the senior leader's development in key areas like productivity and business acumen. Quarterly book studies address pressing issues and boost leadership effectiveness.

Phase 4: 
Sustainable & Funded Growth Program

We introduce Metronomics as a guideline for organizational excellence and will help facilitate implementation of the habits. This system provides the necessary framework for organizational discipline and accountability. We also prioritize clear and consistent communication throughout the organization, ensuring everyone understands the strategic direction, their roles in achieving the goals, and the progress being made.


Phase 5: 
Building Your Playing Field & Scoreboard

We assist the organization in implementing and utilizing the "Metronome Growth System" organizational alignment tool. MGS provides visibility to plans and results, offering ongoing status updates on identified quarterly objectives. MGS is provided for the leadership team at no additional cost.

Phase 6: 
Grow Your “We” & Grow the Joy

Cultivating a thriving and Christ-centered community is paramount. This final step focuses on engaging the entire community – the whole “organizational team” – in the strategic plan. We implement effective communication strategies that foster ownership, drive engagement, and ensure everyone understands their role in achieving our shared vision.  By celebrating successes and fostering a culture of joy and purpose, we empower the entire community to thrive and fulfill its God-given mission.
